EnviroPressure® Pipes
Enviropipes is recognised as a leading manufacturer of quality HDPE (PE100) pipe systems in sizes ranging from 25mm to 4000mm. HDPE (PE100) pressure pipes are supplied in coils up to a diameter of 160mm with larger diameters supplied in straight lengths. Enviropipes is committed to using only the highest standard of raw materials to manufacture its products.
Fittings
Enviropipes manufacture and stock a large range of HDPE (PE100) pressure pipe fittings to service the mining and civil industries. Just some of the range includes stub flanges, backing rings, sweep bends, tees and moulded fittings.
Enviropipes also manufacture non-pressure fittings to suit its sewerage and drainage corrugated pipes.
Enviropipes Stormwater Pipes
In recent years the specification and use of dual wall High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) corrugated pipe for storm water has increased dramatically. Advantages, such as the pipe's strength, durability and joint integrity increase the long-term cost-effectiveness.
Results show that forward-thinking municipalities are realising the future of storm water management relies on the best available technology. HDPE (PE100) corrugated pipes are manufactured from the highest quality materials and are the most technologically advanced product available to move storm water and waste water.
EnviroSewer® Pipes
EnviroSewer® Pipes provide economical and high performing solutions to meet the growing demands of sewer networks. EnviroSewer® Pipes are manufactured from High Density Polyethylene (PE100) which gives more options when designing a sewer system. Enviropipes introduces a wide array of innovations for the trunk line market and provides unparalleled resistance to the combination of hydrogen sulphide attack, abrasion and corrosion.
EnviroSewer® Pipes are manufactured in accordance with AS/NZS 5065.
Stormwater Retention System
One of the major considerations in the development of storm water management is run off and flow control. In particular newer developments where buildings, parking lots, roads and other artificial surfaces replace open space. Many councils now require newly developed areas to install stormwater retention systems to capture or control the increase in peak run off during a major storm event.
EnviroCulvert® DN100 - 4000mm
EnviroCulvert® pipes are dual wall High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) pipes that are corrugated on the exterior and smooth on the interior for increased flow capabilities. EnviroCulvert® pipes are a high performance product that is strong, durable and offers soil tight joints. They are also lightweight and easier to install than other materials, yet offer superior weather resistance. EnviroCulvert® will not corrode, crack or shatter, and are not affected by freeze/thaw cycles. EnviroCulvert® pipes can be used on main road and rail networks.
EnviroCulvert® pipes meet AS/NZS 5065, AS/NZS 2566.1 and AS/NZS 2566.2 standards as well as being endorsed for Main Road networks.
EnviroGravity® Pipes
Enviropipes manufactures gravity pipe systems with various stiffness classes which are designed for utility and industrial applications. Enviropipes uses High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) to manufacture these pipes to Australian and international standards.
Perforated Pipe for Infiltration and Sub Soil Drainage
Enviropipes perforated pipe systems are designed for both subsoil drainage and infiltration of stormwater runoff to help prevent ground water issues.
Enviro ProcessTanks® & Manholes®
Enviropipes is a specialist manufacturer of large diameter High density polyethylene (HDPE) tanks and silos. Enviropipes utilise the outstanding material properties of HDPE (PE100) as well as advanced spiral wound technology to fabricate storage tanks up to 4000mm internal diameter.
Fabrication
Enviropipes specialises in the fabrication of high density polyethylene (PE100) pipework, custom made fittings and is able to work with its clients offering flexibility at high production rates.
