DIN 19674
This part of DIN SPEC 19674 specifies the general requirements for pressure piping systems (main and connecting pipes) made from glass fibre reinforced polyethylene (PE-GF) intended for the conveyance of water for human consumption, including raw water prior to treatment, for drainage and sewerage under pressure, vacuum sewerage systems, and for the conveyance of water for general purposes.
NOTE 1 In this specification, DN refers to the inside diameter of the pipes and fittings.
It also specifies the test parameters for the test methods referred to in this specification.
ISO 29561
This Part of ISO 29561 specifies the general aspects of polyethylene glass fibre reinforced (PE-GF) piping systems (distribution transportation) intended for the conveyance of water for human consumption, including raw water prior to treatment and for the conveyance of water for general purpose.
It also specifies the test parameters for the test methods referred to in this standard.
In this standard DN is referring to the internal diameter of the pipe and fittings, intended for DN ≥ 800mm.
